I take a bit of a different approach to cooking, where I rarely have a recipe, but a taste profile in mind as well as a mouth feel. That said I will try to capture some of my thought process to cooking by sharing open easily steerable guides to dishes that could be colored by the herbs you have at hand or taken in drastically different directions based on taste and desires. I''ve got to get busy here and write down some of my recipes. Stay tuned, I'll catch up.
